After the WGA (Writers) and SAG-AFTRA (actors) strike, TV and Movies are starting to come back out and new shows and movies are now being made. The strike happened because the writers and actors wanted higher pay, and they weren’t getting the pay they deserved. It was mainly the writers, but both were worried about AI taking their jobs. The strike lasted from July 14th to November 9th. Now that the strike is over, productions are starting back up and shows and movies are going to start coming out again. 

Shows Coming Out In 2024

There will be many shows coming out in 2024, some being from Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney, along with so many others. The shows would range from Action, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Family, Fantasy, Reality, Crime, and many other genres. 

Some shows coming from Action and Adventure will be Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Gentlemen, Daredevil: Born Again, The Acolyte, Agatha: Coven of Chaos, The Brothers Sun, Dead Boy Detectives, Mr and Mrs. Smith, Fallout, 3 Body Problem, Tiana. 

Some shows coming from the Comedy will be Exploding Kittens, Masters of the Universe: Revolutions, and Win or Lose. For Comedy, there weren’t many shows, but there might be more before 2023 comes to an end and 2024 begins. 

Some shows coming from Crime and Mystery will be Tracker, Monsieur Spade, Fool Me Once, Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent, and Creature Commandos. There may be more shows announced, however.

Some shows coming from Horror and Thriller will be Savehaven, Mood Swings, Death and Other Details, Criminal Record, The Jetty, The Red King, and Reina Roja.

Movies Coming Out In 2024

Along with the many shows set to either come out or come back in 2024, there also will be many moviescoming out. Some will be remakes, some will be animated, and some may be based on real life. Either way, there will be plenty to watch for the 2024 year. 

January Movies 

The January month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the January movie titles will be Mean Girls, The Beekeeper, Night Swim, Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earth, Part One, Lift, Fighter, Tiger’s Apprentice, The Bricklayer, Land of Bad, Memory, The Book of Clarence, 1992, Founder’s Day, and The Underdogs.  

February Movies 

The February month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the February movie titles will be Madame Web, Imaginary, Arthur the King, It Ends With Us, Lisa Frankenstein, Drive-Away Dolls, Ordinary Angels, Orion and the Dark, and Force of Nature: The Dry 2, Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, Argylle, Bob Marley: One Love, What About Love, and Lights Out. 

March Movies

The March month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the March movie titles will be Dune: Part Two, Kung Fu Panda 4, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Mickey 17, The Crow, and Rayman’s Big Movie. 

April Movies

The April month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the April movie titles will be Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, Challengers, Unsung Hero, The First Omen, Someone Like You, and Cinderella’s Curse.

May Movies 

The May month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the May movie titles will be The Fall Guy, IF, Furiosa, Garfield, Kingdom of the Planet Apes, and My Ex-Friend’s Wedding. 

June Movies

The June month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the June movie titles will be Ballerina, Bad Boys 4, Inside Out 2, A Quiet Place: Day One, Horizon: An American Saga, The Watchers, Cold Storage, and Horrorscope. 

July Movies

The July month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the July movie titles will be Despicable Me 4, Twisters, and Deadpool 3. 

August Movies

The August month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the August movie titles will be Borderlands, Kraven the Hunter, Alien: Romulus, Trap, Speak No Evil, The Forge, Harold and the Purple Crayon, and Flint Strong. 

September Movies

The September month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the September movie titles will be Beetlejuice 2, Transformers One, Smile 2, Crawlers, The Legend, and Jessica Frost.

October Movies

The October month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the October movie titles will be Joker: Folie à Deux and Terrifier 3. 

November Movies

The November month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out. Some of the November movie titles will be Venom 3, Gladiator 2, Wicked Part One, Alto Knights, Terminator: Skynet Rising, and The Amateur. 

December Movies 

The December month of movies will have many titles from many different genres waiting to come out.
