Kaya Schultz, an exceptional student, fierce competitor and even better person. After completing her junior soccer season, Schultz finished with 8 goals and 11 assists.

“I think that we all came together really well after a rough start. There were a few doubts at first but we all stepped up and returned to our winning habits. Overall, it was a successful season and I cannot wait for the next one!” Schultz explained. 

Not only does she excel on the soccer field, but she is a tremendous student in the classroom. Schultz currently holds a 4.2 GPA and is on the high honor roll. 

“It is the most important thing, as that it what your future really relies on. My family finds it very important and takes pride in it. Even though it can be stressful to balance soccer and schoolwork, I do my best to find a way.” 

Schultz, Editor in chief of the Pioneer Newspaper club and member of the Daughters of Israel is actively involved in the school and hopes to make whatever changes are needed to create a happy and healthy environment for the WOHS Students.
