Morgan Wallen is a 30-year-old country artist from a small town in Tennessee. Wallen’s full name is Morgan Cole Wallen. He played college baseball, but after his elbow injury, he focused on Music. In 2014, he competed in season 6 of The Voice and got eliminated. This did not stop Wallen; in 2016, he signed with Big Loud Records, a label owned by Joey Moi, a well-known record producer. Wallen released his debut single, “The Way I Talk.”

Growing up, Wallen played the piano and violin. He was musically inclined at a young age and got his start singing in church at the age of 3. He has two biological sisters, Ashlyne and Mikaela, and an adopted sister named Lacey. On Wallen’s most recent album, “One Thing At A Time,” Ashlyne provided vocals for the song “Outlook.” Not only is he an amazing singer but he also is an amazing father to his son Indigo Wilder. Wallen is not currently married but is still around and there for his son. For an artist like Wallen, his fans wonder who his idol was. Alan Jackson is one of Wallen’s music Idols, “I think he’s one of the best songwriters and singers ever,” Wallen said. “And I think he captured the feeling behind that song. I just really connected to the melody and the words. It just meant a lot to me as a kid.”

In 2023, “Thought You Should Know” was released. The song was Wallen’s gift to his mother, Lesli Wallen, on Mother’s Day. The heartfelt song was about Wallen speaking to his mom and serves as a thank you letter to her for the selfless love, care, and prayers she had over the years. The lyrics detail how Wallen’s life choices have worried her in the past, but the chorus expresses the changed man he is today.

Many Country lovers around the world believe Morgan Wallen is the best country artist. Wallen is 10 on the Billboard 200 and spent 251 weeks on the chart. Wallen’s songs touch a lot of his fans in many different ways just by singing about universal situations.
